Job Description

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills in Pashto and Dari; English knowledge is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated interest in disability issues and physiotherapy.
  • Innovative, creative, and honest approach.
  • Adhere to NAC policies and regulations.
  • Stay informed about NAC activities and the operating environment.
  • Foster team spirit and a commitment to quality.
  • Oversee and guide physiotherapy activities in the clinic.
  • Supervise, advise, and support junior staff within the district or clinic.
  • Monitor and support CBR workers and community volunteers in the HBT program, focusing on physical rehabilitation for people with disabilities.

Responsibilities

Language Requirements

Fluency in spoken and written Pashto and Dari; English is an advantage.

Required Qualifications

Diploma in Physiotherapy or a related field.

Work Experience

Three years of experience in physiotherapy and physical rehabilitation, preferably with international NGOs.

Skills

Proficient in MS Office and strong communication skills.
