The MEAL Assistant supports Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) activities for WFP SSER and related projects. This role assists M&E Officers, reporting to Zonal MEAL Coordinators, to ensure accountability by managing feedback systems, conducting field monitoring, and supporting data collection, analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate project performance data, conducting post-distribution monitoring, supporting capacity building, and ensuring adherence to safeguarding policies.
Bachelor’s degree in fields such as evaluation, demography, business studies, statistics, social science, management, or computer science.
