Job Description

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Effective communication skills in Pashto and Dari; knowledge of English is an asset.
  • Demonstrated interest in disability issues and physiotherapy.
  • Creative, innovative, and honest approach to work.
  • Adhere to NAC’s policies and regulations.
  • Stay informed on NAC’s operations and relevant environmental factors.
  • Promote team spirit and a commitment to quality.
  • Oversee and guide physiotherapy activities within the clinic.
  • Supervise, support, and advise lower-level staff in the district or clinic.
  • Monitor and support CBR workers and community volunteers in the HBT program, focusing on physical rehabilitation for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

Language Requirements

Fluency in spoken and written Pashto and Dari; English proficiency is an advantage.

Qualifications

Diploma in Physiotherapy or a related field.

Work Experience

Three years of experience in physiotherapy and physical rehabilitation, preferably with international NGOs.

Skills

Proficient in MS Office and strong communication skills.
