CARE Afghanistan is a participant in the Inter-Agency Misconduct Disclosure Scheme. As part of this Scheme, CARE requests information from candidates' previous employers regarding any findings of sexual exploitation, abuse, or harassment, as well as any ongoing investigations when the candidate left their previous position.
