- Responsible for dressing wounds, suturing, administering injections, and delivering intravenous medications under sterile conditions for female patients.
- Oversee the sterilization and disinfection of medical equipment.
- Assist the doctor in providing first aid support as needed.
- Perform night shifts as scheduled.
- Take and record patients’ vital signs as directed by the doctor.
- Follow up on laboratory exams.
- Administer prescribed medications to patients as per the medical doctor’s instructions.
- Retrieve medications for inpatients from the hospital pharmacy.
- Provide health education to outpatients (OPD).
- Register patients in the OPD system.
- Report any damaged items that require replacement to the Health Facility (HF) Director.
- Assist the medical doctor in preparing the monthly activity and HMIS reports.
Responsibilities
- Graduate of a Nursing Institute with a Registered Nursing Diploma accredited by the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH).
- Minimum of one year of experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of the Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS).
- Strong communication skills.
