Physiotherapist at RCY

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver physiotherapy services to patients effectively.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of each client’s diagnosis and treatment needs.
• Register patient information accurately in the database.
• Collect and report timely data on physiotherapy activities.
• Utilize physiotherapy materials, equipment, and systems correctly.
• Oversee and care for department property and equipment.
• Provide daily, monthly, and quarterly reports to supervisors with precision.
• Engage in continuous learning to improve skills and knowledge.
• Demonstrate respectful and supportive behavior with all patients.
• Coordinate with admissions to refer patients to other health centers when necessary.
• Adhere to all ethical codes, conduct guidelines, and disciplinary policies established by RCY.
• Stay well-informed about RCY’s organizational policies and procedures.
• Promptly inform the supervisor of any incidents or accidents.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the department.

• Minimum of 2 years of verified experience as a physiotherapist.
• Diploma in physiotherapy required.
• Understanding of company policies and legal regulations within the field.
• Ability to adapt to various job roles and responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
